By using our website or RYV Design Studio, or submitting a form, you agree to the practices described here.

We collect information you provide directly when you request a consultation, submit a contact form, or otherwise reach out to us. This may include:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Your project address or service area and project details you choose to share
• Any notes, photos, plans, or preferences you include with your request
• Whether you checked the optional box to receive text messages

We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as your device type, browser, general location, and how you interact with the site. This is used in aggregate to understand and improve the site.

When you submit a form, we may also record the page you sent it from, the page that led you there, and how your visit began, such as a search engine, an ad, or a referring website. Your browser keeps this in session storage only until you close the tab, and it is sent with your request so we know how you found us.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiry and schedule your consultation
• Coordinate your project with our team and project managers
• Send confirmations, updates, and information you request

When you use RYV Design Studio to visualize a remodel, photos you upload are processed using OpenAI's image generation API to create a design preview. These photos are sent to OpenAI for the sole purpose of generating your visualization and are subject to OpenAI's own data usage and retention policies.

We do not use your photos to train AI models, and photos are not shared with any other third party for AI processing.

We collect phone numbers through our consultation and contact forms. When you submit a form with your phone number, you allow us to call you about your request.

Text messages are separate and optional. If you check the optional SMS box on our forms, you agree to receive project-related text messages from Remodel Your Vibe, such as appointment confirmations, reminders, and project updates. Consent is not a condition of submitting a form or of any purchase. You can leave the box unchecked and we will still respond to your request by phone or email.

Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time, and reply HELP for help.

Your mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Every category of sharing described in this policy excludes text messaging opt-in data and consent, and that information is not shared with any third party.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to operate our business and serve you, including with:

• Service providers that help us run the website, store data, and send email on our behalf
• Our financing partner, HFS Financial, only if you ask us to share your project details with them. When you check your options on the HFS site, you give your information to HFS directly
• Professionals and trades involved in your project, where needed to provide our services
• Authorities or advisors when required by law or to protect our rights

Our website relies on trusted third-party services to function. These providers process information under their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them:

• Hosting and website analytics, used to serve the site and measure aggregate usage
• Email and lead-intake services, used to receive your request and send confirmations
• Google Maps, which suggests addresses as you type in a form's address field. What you type there is sent to Google to find matches
• OpenAI, which generates the design previews in RYV Design Studio from the photos you upload there
• A financing partner (HFS Financial) that we link to from our Financing page. If you follow that link and check your options or apply, everything you enter is collected and processed by HFS on their own site under their privacy policy. None of it passes through us. The payment estimator on our Financing page runs entirely in your browser and sends us nothing

We and our analytics providers may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working properly and to understand how visitors use it. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect how some features work.

We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, provide our services, and meet our legal and business obligations. When it is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have shared with us, or to stop contacting you, by emailing us at the address below.
